CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sacred Glow Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of both our clients and service providers, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. No-Shows • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total service amount. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving late may have their service shortened to avoid delaying other appointments. • If we are unable to complete the service due to lateness, it will be considered a late cancellation.
